Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed.Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. Isaiah 1:17

As a member and Minister at Beth-El The House of YHWH a Messianic Hebrew congregation in the Bronx I am excited about Inner City Light House  a community initiative housed at the assembly and founded by one of our members my East New York Brother Toqeph Ben Yisrael as well as other members to provide job training and housing for our community. To date many men and women (most who are not members of Beth-El) have undergone job skills training through Inner City Light House and many have obtained good living wage jobs from through this program. When searching for an assembly it was imperative that any assembly I joined did not only practice some of Torah: keeping the feast and sabbath or acknowledging Hebrew identity but that the assembly also practiced the Torah’s command to do justice. Inner City Light House is one way in which Beth-El The House of YHWH does justice in the community outside the four walls of the temple.

It is our desire to keep this program funded by our community as much as possible and to this end Living Space Plus was launched as an online store where a portion of all proceeds go towards Inner City Light House also when making purchases at various online stores such as Amazon through the Living Space Plus affiliate link a part of the proceeds will go to Inner City Light House.

My book Prophetic Whirlwind: Uncovering the Black Biblical Destiny is available in print and kindle edition on Amazon and when you purchase the book through the Living Space Plus Amazon affiliate link a portion of the book proceeds will go to fund Inner City Light House’s job training and housing programs. If you use the Amazon affiliate link to make any purchases a portion of the proceeds will go to Inner City Light House a Hebrew founded and run organization putting Torah into action through job training and housing.

Let us not only preach Torah but let us live Torah by doing justice for our neighbors.
